I built The House of High Performing Health because no woman should have to choose between her ambition and her wellbeing. What started as my own health crisis became a mission, helping high-achieving women finally feel as extraordinary as they perform.
I wish I had...
Dating. Travelling. Studying Physiotherapy. Honours student. Ambitious. Annoying levels of motivated. The world ahead of me.
Except…I lost 13kg in six months and dropped to 38kg. My skin turned yellow. Cystic acne covered my face. I lost my period for two years and was told I had the hormone levels of a 60-year-old woman. Oh — and that I'd never have children.
I was 21.
The medical system's best advice? "Take the pill" or "just eat more food." I wish I was joking.
I was a girl, crying in front of the mirror, knowing that her body was going to prevent her from achieving everything she wanted so badly.
I should have been in the prime years of my life.
Couldn't
At 21, I
get out of bed….
I became obsessed. I spent hundreds of hours researching health (in the almost analogue era of no social media). Studying under world-eading experts in gut health, hormones, integrative nutrition, and systems biology. I completed studies in functional medicine and went deeper than most practitioners ever go.
And I healed myself. Completely. Naturally. From the ground up. (Yes, I also cried a lot. Ate some things that tasted like lawn clippings. Stuck some things up my a$$. But we got there.)
Today I work with high-performing women to do the same. Not because they're broken. Because they're ambitious and they refuse to let their health be the ceiling on everything they're building.
I Would.
They
If
weren't going to heal me,
so that was the moment.
It's not something you'll get to when things slow down (because you know they won't). Your health is the foundation that gives you more time, more presence, and the capacity to build the life you want *and* actually enjoy it.
Everything else stops when your health does. So we build it first.
...or a luxury that you will do WHEN you have more time.

Using a systems-based approach, we look at how your gut, hormones, nervous system, detox pathways, and lifestyle all work together, because nothing in your body functions in isolation. It's science-backed, deeply personalised, and built for longevity.
Not to get you through the week. To build a body that supports the full scale of your life, for decades.
